Spirulina is a single celled edible blue green microalgae which is 3.5-billion-year-old superfood full of protein, vitamins and minerals. Its absence of cell wall makes it easy for digestion. It grows very fast if cultured in highly alkaline warm water under strong sunlight. Spirulina uses photosynthesis just like plants, meaning it consumes CO2 from the air while producing oxygen. It has a long history of safe human consumption and has been called a food of the future by the UN FAO, NASA and the European Space Agency.
Benefits of consumption
Unlike other spirulina producers who cultivate in open ponds, we use our proprietary bioreactors to cultivate spirulina in fully sterilized unit with our patented contactless harvesting and post harvesting techniques. This allows us to produce cleanest, best in taste, odorless spirulina in our facility.
